What is Somatic Coaching?

As a Somatic Coach, I support you in moving out of survival mode and into a place of embodied self connection, regulation and safety.

My work is rooted in the belief that true healing and transformation happens when you have the freedom to authentically align with the things that are most meaningful and unique to you.

Many of the people I work with have been living in a constant state of stress— navigating chronic anxiety, fear, or grief. They feel burnt out, disconnected from themselves or unsure how to shift subconscious behaviors that no longer serve them.

Using a somatic approach, which centers on reconnecting with the body and the truths it carries, I support you in cultivating a deeper connection with yourself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—so you can feel more present, empowered, and whole.

The work is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It’s about coming into the right relationship with yourself, so you can fully access your innate wisdom and feel a consistent state of inner peace.

What A Session Might Look Like

To begin our session, we’ll start by connecting with your external experiences and sensations. This might include recent events at work, interactions with friends, family, or children, or noticing familiar patterns and beliefs that keep you feeling stuck.

Once we’ve identified what is ready to be witnessed, we’ll move into a guided meditation that includes breathwork and body scanning. This practice helps you engage the parasympathetic nervous system—the part of the body that supports rest and relaxation, rather than the sympathetic nervous system that activates “survival mode.”

In this space, you’ll have the opportunity to listen to what your body is communicating. With a relaxed, unconditional presence, your nervous system experiences a sense of safety, making it easier to process physical and emotional stress.

When you hold space for yourself with non-judgmental curiosity, you bring your mind, body, and spirit into alignment with a slower, more intentional state of being—which in turn allows you to authentically live outside of survival mode.

By the end of the session, you will know exactly what you need to support and stay true to who you are divinely designed to be.
