How Do I Support You As a Somatic Coach?
As a Somatic Coach, I help nurture a relationship with yourself or your families that are grounded in embodied connection, regulation and safety.
Please know that you don’t have to be a parent or caregiver to benefit from working with me. My somatic approach supports anyone who is curious about inner child work, strengthening emotional regulation, and nurturing healthier, more meaningful relationships.
How Does Somatic Coaching Work?
The work is not about fixing you or your child, because neither of you is broken. It’s about recognizing that many of us were never taught how to connect with our bodies and honor their truths, regulate our emotions, or hold ourselves and others with compassionate, unconditional presence.
This often leaves parents feeling frustrated, emotionally drained, and physically burned out as they try to show up and provide for their children. Children who may be experiencing emotional and physical dysregulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other confusing behaviors that are difficult to navigate and understand.
I believe that for parents to truly support their children, they must first learn how to support themselves. During our time together, we will focus on creating space to understand your inner child and their needs. We will attune to their emotions and how they manifest in your body, and intentionally shape the relationship you and your child deeply desire.
A relationship that is rooted and built on authentic connection and trust.
