My Mission

My passion as a Somatic Coach and Massage Therapist is all about holding a safe and supportive space for you to find connection, regulation and safety.

I believe that true transformation happens when you have the freedom to authentically align with the things that are most meaningful and unique to you.

My Story

Growing up as a Korean adoptee, I often struggled to find safety and belonging in an environment and culture where I didn’t see myself reflected.

Because of this, I sought connection wherever I could: through people-pleasing, workaholism, intimate relationships, food, and substances. I was trying to fill an emptiness within me and create a sense of comfort and emotional regulation.

Unfortunately, nothing I tried truly alleviated the pain I was experiencing. I lived this way for decades before I would finally began to find a way through.

Everything shifted in 2020 with the pandemic, and again the following year with the passing of my father. These events guided me back to my faith and showed me just how much I had been living spiritually separated from God and emotionally detached from myself and others.

While I cannot change the past, I can choose to show up differently and support others on a similar journey through the ways God has shaped me. That commitment to faith, growth, and service is the foundation of my work here at Jconnected.

From that foundation, my work is not about fixing people. It’s about making space for the reality that many of us were never taught how to connect with our bodies, regulate our emotions, or hold ourselves and others with compassionate, unconditional presence—the same kind of presence Christ shows us.

My hope is that, together, from this place of understanding, we can heal what feels heavy, navigate life with greater awareness, and offer ourselves and others genuine empathy and love.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic Coaching is a compassionate invitation to come inward, listen to what your body is communicating, and reclaim agency in your own healing.

This softer approach empowers you to hold unconditional presence to release any supressed emotions, unprocessed traumas or limiting beliefs stored in the body’s fascia.

Together, we can cultivate safety within your nervous system and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

Massage Therapy

Myofascial Release and Nervous System Regulation Massage is a therapeutic, yet relaxing approach that can alleviate chronic pain, tension, and stress by allowing the nervous system to come into a healing parasympathetic state.

Overall this self care approach can help manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges with mindfulness and body-centered techniques.

Outside of the office you can find me enjoying nature-especially on our 10 acre farm with our horses and dogs. I love cooking, strength training, hiking, exploring different restaurants, reading, sharing time with my husband, family and friends, and playing competitive volleyball.
