My Mission

My passion as a Somatic Coach and Massage Therapist is all about holding a safe and supportive space for you to find connection, regulation and safety.

I believe that true transformation happens when you have the freedom to authentically align with the things that are most meaningful and unique to you.

My Story

Growing up as a Korean adoptee and an only child, I often struggled to find safety and belonging in a world that didn’t reflect my true essence.

While my parents did the absolute best with the resources and knowledge they had, unfortunately they were not always capable of showing up for me in the ways I was desperately needing.

My father struggled with workaholism and my mother was often detached and dismissive, so I spent much of my early life learning to regulate my emotions and care for myself alone.

Over time, I sought connection wherever I could—through people pleasing, work, my intimate relationships, food, and substances. Trying as hard as I could to fill the emptiness I felt and create a sense of comfort and regulation.

Everything shifted in 2021 with the passing of my father. His loss became a turning point, awakening me to the ways I had been living disconnected from myself and those around me.

While I cannot change the past, what I can do is show up differently for myself and offer support for others who are trying to do the same—for themselves and future generations.

This journey forms the foundation of my work as a Somatic Coach and Massage Therapist. My work is not about fixing us, because we are not broken.

It’s about recognizing that many of us were never taught how to connect with our bodies, honor their wisdom, regulate our emotions, or hold ourselves and others with compassionate, unconditional presence.

My God given purpose and deepest desires are to help others nurture relationships with themselves that are grounded in embodied connection, regulation, and safety.

Somatic Coaching

A Somatic Coaching session is a transformative experience that focuses on embodied connection, regulation, and safety.

Through reconnecting with your body and exploring it’s sensations in a safe and nurturing environment, you learn to foster a relationship with yourself through unconditional presence and holistic intimacy.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy reflects the harmonious balance between your body, mind and spirit.

A therapeutic, yet relaxing approach can alleviate chronic pain and tension while somatically releasing any stored emotions or trauma.

Overall this self care approach can help manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges with mindfulness and body-centered techniques.

Outside of the office you can find me enjoying nature-especially on our 10 acre farm with our horses, chickens, and dogs. I love cooking, strength training, hiking, exploring different restaurants, reading, sharing time with my husband, family and friends, and playing recreational volleyball.
